解析ツールも広告も、第三者の SDK も一つも入っていません。保存する設定はすべてお使いの端末の中にとどまります。当方がお預かりするのは、サインインされた場合のメールアドレスだけです——このウェブサイトでも、アプリでも（アカウントについて）。サインインは任意です。無料のテーマも、App Store でのご登録も、アカウント無しでご利用いただけます。訪問数は Cookie を使わずに数えています（このウェブサイトについて）。
収集していないもの
アプリでは次のいずれも行いません。
- サインインされていない方からの、いかなる情報の取得（アカウントについて）
- 氏名、電話番号、住所の取得
- 利用状況の解析、行動ログ、クラッシュレポートの送信
- 広告の配信、広告識別子（IDFA）の利用、トラッキング
- 連絡先、写真、位置情報、ヘルスケアデータへのアクセス
- 第三者の分析・広告 SDK の組み込み
お使いの端末に保存されるもの
次の情報はアプリ内に保存され、端末の外には出ません。
- 最後に再生していたテーマ
- オフライン用に保存を指定したテーマ
- ダウンロードした音源と、その一覧
- サブスクリプションの有効状態の控え（機内モードなどで App Store に問い合わせできないときに、購入済みであることを見失わないためのものです）
- サインインされた場合、その状態を保つための鍵（キーチェーンに保存します。メールアドレスやパスワードそのものではありません）
これらはアプリを削除すると、iOS の通常の動作としてすべて削除されます。
アプリからの通信
アプリが通信する先は 2 つだけです。
cdn.bluelime.app— 曲の一覧と音源の取得（下記）bluelime.app— サインインされた場合のアカウントの確認と、有料の曲を再生する資格の確認
後者について、App Store でご登録の方は、アカウント無しでもこの確認が行われます。このとき送られるのは Apple が発行した購入の証明で、当方はその署名を検証するだけで、サインインされていない限り何も保存しません。サインインされている場合は、二重のご請求を防ぐために取引の識別子をアカウントに紐づけて保存します（お名前やお支払い情報は含まれません）。
音楽の配信について
曲の一覧と音源は、Cloudflare, Inc. が提供する配信ネットワーク（cdn.bluelime.app）から取得します。ファイルを届けるという性質上、お使いの端末の IP アドレスは Cloudflare に渡ります。これは Web サイトを閲覧するときと同じ仕組みで、配信のために必要なものです。
当方は Cloudflare からリクエストの記録を受け取っておらず、個々の利用者を識別する情報を保持していません。Cloudflare の取り扱いについては同社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
アカウントについて
アカウントは任意です。無料のテーマも、App Store でのご登録も、アカウント無しでご利用いただけます。アカウントが必要になるのは、このウェブサイトでご登録された場合と、Apple Watch でその登録を再生したい場合の 2 つだけです。
ウェブサイトまたはアプリでサインインすると、メールアドレスを 1 つだけお預かりします。パスワードはありません——サインインのたびに 6 桁のコードをメールでお送りし、それを入力していただく方式です。氏名も電話番号も、その他の情報も求めません。
アドレスの使い道はサインインのコードの送信と、購読に関する必要なご連絡だけです。宣伝や案内の配信には使いません。第三者に販売・提供することもありません。
コードの送信には Resend（Resend Inc.）を利用しています。送信のためにアドレスが同社を経由します。同社の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
お預かりしたコードは照合できない形（HMAC）で保存し、10 分で失効します。サインイン状態を保つための記録も、その値そのものではなくハッシュだけを保存しています。
アプリはアカウントを必要としません。サインインしなくても、無料でお聴きいただける範囲も、App Store でご登録の全曲も、これまでどおりお使いいただけます。
このウェブサイトについて
bluelime.app は Cloudflare Pages で配信しています。どのページがどれだけ見られているかを知るために Cloudflare Web Analytics を使っていますが、これは Cookie を置かず、お使いの端末に情報を保存せず、サイトをまたいで利用者を追跡しません。当方が受け取るのは、ページごとの表示回数・参照元・国・ブラウザの種類といった集計値だけで、個人を識別できる情報は含まれません。
Google Analytics をはじめとする広告系の解析ツールは使っていません。サイトで試聴した音源も、アプリと同じ配信ネットワークから直接取得しています。
サブスクリプションについて
いずれの経路でも、当方がクレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報を受け取ることも、閲覧することもありません。
アプリ内でご購入の場合、お支払いは Apple が処理します。当方はカード番号にも、お名前にも、Apple アカウントにも触れません。Apple からは、個人を特定できない集計された販売レポートのみが提供されます。
再生できる範囲の判定は端末内で行われます。ただし有料の曲を配信するときにかぎり、Apple が発行した購入の証明を当方のサーバーへ送り、その署名を検証します（アプリからの通信）。サインインされていない場合、この証明は検証されるだけで保存されません。
このウェブサイトでご購入の場合、お支払いは Stripe（Stripe, Inc.）が処理し、販売者は Link となります。決済画面と領収書、解約や支払い方法の変更は link.com 側で扱われます。同社の取り扱いは Stripe のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
この場合に当方が保存するのは、ご購読が有効かどうかと、その期間の終わりだけです。アカウントに紐づけて保持し、再生できる範囲の判定にのみ使います。お支払い情報は含みません。
お子様の利用について
Bluelime は子ども向けに設計されたアプリではありません。サインインされない限り、どなたからも個人情報を収集しないため、お子様の情報を収集することもありません。サインインには有効なメールアドレスが必要です。
データの削除
ウェブサイトでアカウントをお持ちの場合、アカウント画面からご自身で削除できます。アカウントと、それに紐づくメールアドレス・サインインの記録・購読の記録を消去します。有効な購読があるときは、削除の前に解約します。アカウントをお持ちでない場合、当方が保有しているデータはありません。
端末内のデータは、アプリを削除するか、アプリ内の「設定」画面からダウンロード済みの曲を削除することで消去できます。
本ポリシーの変更
アプリの機能が変わり、取り扱いに変更が生じた場合は、このページを更新し、上部の最終更新日を改めます。

本ポリシーに関するご質問は、お問い合わせフォームからお寄せください。
フォームは Google LLC の Google フォームを利用しています。お問い合わせいただいた際は、フォームに入力された内容（お名前や返信先を記入された場合はそれらを含みます）を、お返事のために受け取ります。これは上記のとおり「アプリが収集しない」ことと矛盾しません — アプリはこの経路を一切使わず、お客様がご自身の意思で送信されたときにのみ発生します。頂いた内容は回答のためだけに用い、他の目的には使用しません。
Privacy Policy
This English version is provided for convenience. Where the two differ, the Japanese text above governs.
There are no analytics tools, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Everything you set stays on your device. The only thing we hold is an email address, and only if you sign in — on this website or in the app (accounts). Signing in is optional. The free themes, and a subscription bought on the App Store, work without an account. Visits are counted without cookies (about this website).
What we do not collect
The app does none of the following.
- Anything at all from anyone who has not signed in (accounts)
- Names, phone numbers, or postal addresses
- Usage analytics, behavioural logs, or crash reports
- Advertising, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or tracking of any kind
- Contacts, photos, location, or health data
- Third-party analytics or advertising SDKs
What is stored on your device
The following is kept inside the app and never leaves your device:
- The theme you last played
- Which themes you asked to keep available offline
- Downloaded audio and the index describing it
- A record of whether your subscription is active — so that being offline does not cost you access you have paid for
- If you sign in, the key that keeps you signed in (held in the keychain; it is neither your email address nor a password)
Deleting the app removes all of it, as iOS normally does.
What the app connects to
The app talks to two places and no others.
cdn.bluelime.app— the catalogue and the audio (below)bluelime.app— checking your account, if you signed in, and checking that a paid track may be played
On the second of those: if you subscribed on the App Store, that check happens without an account. What is sent is Apple's own proof of purchase. We verify its signature and, unless you are signed in, store nothing at all. If you are signed in, the transaction identifier is stored against your account so that you cannot be billed twice; it carries no name and no payment details.
Delivering the music
The catalogue and the audio are fetched from a content delivery network operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (cdn.bluelime.app). Delivering a file necessarily means your device's IP address reaches Cloudflare, in the same way it does when you visit any website.
We do not receive request logs from Cloudflare and hold nothing that identifies an individual listener. Cloudflare's own handling is described in its privacy policy.
Accounts
An account is optional. The free themes, and a subscription bought on the App Store, work without one. You need an account in two cases only: if you subscribed on this website, and if you want that subscription to play on an Apple Watch.
Signing in — on the website or in the app — means we hold one email address. There is no password: each sign-in sends a six-digit code to that address and you type it back. We ask for no name, no phone number and nothing else.
The address is used to send sign-in codes and any necessary message about a subscription. It is not used for marketing, and it is never sold or handed to anyone.
Codes are delivered by Resend (Resend Inc.), so the address passes through them to be sent. Their handling is described in their privacy policy.
The code is stored in a form it cannot be read back from (an HMAC) and expires in ten minutes. What keeps you signed in is stored as a hash rather than as the value itself.
The app needs no account. Without signing in, everything free — and everything a subscription bought on the App Store unlocks — remains playable exactly as before.
About this website
bluelime.app is served by Cloudflare Pages. To see how many people read which page we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you between sites. What reaches us is aggregate only — page views, referrers, country, browser type — and identifies nobody.
We use no advertising analytics, Google Analytics included. Audio previewed on the site comes from the same delivery network the app uses.
Subscriptions
By either route, we never receive or see your payment details.
Bought inside the app, payment is handled by Apple. We never touch a card number, a name, or an Apple Account. Apple provides only aggregated sales reports that identify nobody.
What you may play is decided on your device. Only when paid audio is delivered, Apple's proof of purchase is sent to our server and its signature verified (what the app connects to). If you are not signed in, that proof is verified and not stored.
Bought on this website, payment is handled by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) with Link as the merchant of record. Checkout, receipts, cancelling and changing a payment method all happen on link.com. Their handling is described in Stripe's privacy policy.
In that case what we store is whether the subscription is active and when its period ends — held against the account, used only to decide what is playable. It contains no payment details.
Children
Bluelime is not directed at children. Since no personal information is collected from anyone who has not signed in, none is collected from children either. Signing in requires a working email address.
Deleting your data
If you have an account on the website, you can delete it yourself from the account screen. That removes the account and with it the email address, the sign-in records and the subscription records held against it. An active subscription is cancelled before the deletion. If you have no account, we hold nothing about you.
Data on your device can be removed by deleting the app, or by removing downloaded tracks from the Settings screen inside it.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects any of this, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.

The form is a Google Form, operated by Google LLC. If you write to us, we receive what you put into it — including a name or a reply address, if you choose to give one — so that we can answer. This does not contradict the app collecting nothing: the app never uses this route, and it happens only when you choose to send something. We use what you send only to reply.
